This project involved the cleaning of an old mossy deck that has been cleaned in a very long time.
The client let our team of pressure washing professionals know that the deck was in bad shape and that they would rather have it cleaned than replaced.
Cleaning was done by applying an algaecide onto the deck to kill off and lift up any moss, algae, lichen, etc.
After the algaecide had time to do its job, we used low pressure to rinse everything clean.
We repeated our cleaning process as needed until the deck was clean.
High pressure would have ruined the deck and would have removed an immense amount of material from the top layer of the deck.
With our low pressure cleaning method we were able to clean this deck safely and effectively.
